If you are providing artwork that is too large to send on our website, Superfrog has a file transfer account that you can use to upload your artwork. Please take a look at the steps below for uploading artwork, as well as information on requesting proofs.

You will notice it says sending file to “Signs, Banners & Graphics” – that is our YouSendIt account
In Subject line, please input email or conversation subject or order number for easy tracking
In Comments section, provide any special instructions
Files that print the best are .eps or .ai (in version 10 or lower). We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity of final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up.
We print in C, M, Y, K colors – Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B (If there is a specific PMS color needed, please specify this when submitting order)
Proofs can be emailed for your approval- if a proof is required, please request one in the Comments section while uploading artwork (we will email it back within two business days making every attempt to do it within the next 24 business hours)
If a customer is concerned about their final output, we will be happy to do a test print for a nominal fee prior to final order if requested.
We guarantee the accuracy of your order as shown on your final proof- However, we cannot guarantee color accuracy due to the variations of computer displays.
